• Can you reproduce the bug with PYTHONASYNCIODEBUG in env?: not a bug
• Does uvloop behave differently from vanilla asyncio? How?:

There is already a pr(#62), and it't now merged. See also master...altendky:uvloop:win-altendky, #14.
