uvloop doesn't support in windows

how to solve this problem??

Possible solutions:

• Switch to Linux
• Use WSL to run Linux inside Windows
• Fallback to asyncio for Windows developer machines while actually using uvloop in Linux production machines

I'm not sure but the problem originates from libuv. Old libuv does not support windows out of the box. But now libuv can be compiled for windows, not fully support as for linux but it can be used.

can you guys, tell me where are we stuck, which is making uvloop not available for windows too?
