v0.4.0 — device-feedback fixes + dependency bumps

- Android host: hotspot join QR targets the hotspot gateway (STA+AP fix).
- Client: hide disabled profile/avatar sections; fix the "Open admin area" link.
- Deps: jsdom 30, js-sha256 1.0; Node pin -> 24.15.0.
- docs/21 passphrase check corrected.

On-device verification still pending.
