Fixes the math-rendering conflict reported in #24 on Claude Code 2.1.301+.

  • Prevent crashes caused by Claude’s built-in math renderer running alongside this extension.
  • Fix multiline display math inside lists.
  • Add desktop VS Code compatibility CI covering rendering, streaming, source reveal, copying, and light/dark themes.

Validated with packaged VSIXs in VS Code 1.143.1 and Claude Code 2.1.299, 2.1.301, and 2.1.310. Authenticated live-response and Windows/WSL testing remain unverified.
