First production release of Nova Trade.

Highlights

• FUT Gallery mode — add fut.gg Sets at the highest all-buyable tier, auto-swap un-buyable SBC/Objective cards for buyable spares, name the blocking SBC card, and keep a persistent "upgradeable via SBC" note. Per-account collected-card catalogue so upgrades reuse cards already owned.
• Nova panel performance — fixed a ~2.4s UI freeze that recurred every ~3s: the catalogue is now parsed once and cached, the 3s poll is gone (push-on-save instead), the live tick pauses when the tab is hidden, and the userscript obfuscation no longer runs a decoder inside the hot path.
• Bid mode, Auto-sell, Transfer-list tools, admin dashboard and the per-account sync of settings and the Gallery list.

Notes

• Schema adds the Gallery upgrade / tiers / spares fields — this release is what the account-sync API needs to accept them.
• First tag, so the production DB migration applies the full accumulated schema (incl. user_gallery_owned). Take a DB snapshot before approving if you can.
