Fixes

• --checkout worktree handovers work. T3 only runs the thread bootstrap for WebSocket RPC clients, so the CLI now sends that command over /ws with a short-lived ticket. Before, T3 rejected every worktree handover with THREAD_START_FAILED.
• A handover from a linked Git worktree, such as one T3 created for a thread, resolves to the main checkout's project instead of failing with PROJECT_NOT_FOUND. With --checkout current, the new thread works in that same worktree.
• Failures show T3's reason. The JSON error envelope adds error.cause, and THREAD_START_FAILED reports details.cleanup as deleted, not-created, or server-managed.
• request get works from Git Bash when you write api/..., and a converted /api/... path returns a clear hint. Large responses no longer crash Node 26.2.
• doctor no longer reports git as missing when run from a folder with many files on Windows.
• t3code --version reports the package version.

The JSON envelope stays backward compatible; the new fields are additions.
