Gridline 0.9.0 — signed source and IFC4 pipeline
Gridline 0.9.0 adds an optional signed source-to-Blender/GLB/IFC4 pipeline, building on stable 0.8.1. This is a qualified release within the declared file-based scope.
- 13 explicit ARCHIMESH visual recipes, pinned official external source and disposable Blender 5.2.3 generation, with native/GLB geometry, UV, normal, material, identity and placement readback.
- Signed canonical revisions and typed component, level, wall, opening and room proposals; conflicts, revalidation, indexed drawing/schedule impacts and approved restore.
- Opt-in Poly Haven CC0 texture planning/cache, integrity and packed PBR/provenance checks. Downloads require explicit approval; no user-profile add-on is installed.
- Actual IFC4 export and public readback: schema/EXPRESS, spatial hierarchy, room/source geometry, material/quantity mapping, stable GUIDs and opening/host/filling relationships.
Validation: 228 CAD-required local tests with zero skips; merged-main Linux CI passed 228 tests and Windows portable checks passed with documented platform skips. The complete signed before/after drawing/native/IFC pipeline and all 13 recipes passed. All 26 real-texture native/GLB corruptions, 30 IFC corruptions and one stair-count corruption were rejected. Actual isolated Claude, Codex, Gemini and standalone 0.8.1→0.9.0→0.8.1 lifecycle checks passed. No model inference or live user-profile changes were used for those checks.
Source: 1359d547319d535b3bca09d3003898ff51be15f2, tree e705a3d2ba2b2e2208df0dc157d4852aa1f9d235, identical to the reviewed feature tree. All six candidate files match the locally verified exact-source build, and their publisher signatures were verified against the fixed main/workflow/source/GitHub-hosted-runner policy. Merged-main CI · publisher attestation.
The separate release-qualification.json binds immutable candidate hashes, live CI/signatures, the reviewed gate evidence and owner approval. The agent recorded that statement under the owner's explicit ship instruction; delegated-owner-authorization.json preserves the delegation. This is not independent human or professional review. The candidate manifest intentionally retains its historical UNQUALIFIED_CANDIDATE build status; publication authority is the separate qualified receipt.
Limits: frozen editable meshes, opaque component windows, faceted open-ended display columns, nominal prop dimensions and partial indexed dependency impacts. Client IDS/MVD approval, professional/regulatory/manufacturing certification, interactive upstream panels, general client interoperability and live Revit/AutoCAD transactions remain unverified or unsupported. Full roadmap #13/#15/#45 acceptance remains open. See qualification scope and usage.
Licensing: existing MIT grants are preserved; the first-party Blender API worker/harness is GPL-2.0-or-later with corresponding source/full text. External ARCHIMESH code/images, IFC binaries and raw texture channels are not bundled. This notice is not legal certification.
Verify SHA256SUMS, RELEASE_SHA256SUMS, publisher signatures and the live approval before installation. Provider updates remain opt-in/manual as supported; no global installation was changed. Existing 0.8.1 release/tag and backups remain available for rollback.
Gridline 0.8.1 — door and native plot corrections
Gridline 0.8.1 — qualified limited source/guidance release.
- Correct rotated door swing arcs and nonplot room lines across PDF openings.
- Add explicit receiving-room intent while preserving reviewed legacy swings and validating supplied associations.
- Correct native paper-space plotting to 1:1 millimetres and reject contradictory standard-scale overrides.
Validation: 177 local tests, zero skips; exact-main Linux/Windows CI; fresh scoped AutoCAD open/AUDIT/plot/DWG/DXF acceptance and Blender native/GLB readback with 11 corruption rejections. Real isolated Claude/Codex install/reinstall and Gemini update/rollback checks pass. PRs #44 and #46 merged.
Source: 0e87aa52922b164235ccf277edead851b9acc000. Both ZIP publisher attestations verified against the fixed main/workflow/source policy. The separate release-qualification.json binds source, immutable candidate hashes, live CI/signatures and owner approval. That statement was recorded by the agent under explicit owner ship authority; it is not independent human/professional review. The candidate manifest intentionally remains its historical UNQUALIFIED_CANDIDATE build receipt; final publication authority is the separate qualified receipt.
Compatibility remains limited: conceptual 3D doors are closed slabs; native font/superscript substitutions and native-PDF parser limits are documented. No architectural/code certification, universal native interoperability, public Plugin Directory approval, or guaranteed automatic delivery is claimed. Local rule adoption, licensed book access/B14 and roadmap acceptance gaps remain tracked; #43 remains partial for project-professional acceptance. See docs/RELEASE_0_8_1_QUALIFICATION.md in the source. Provider updates are opt-in/manual as supported.
Verify SHA256SUMS and RELEASE_SHA256SUMS plus publisher attestations before installation. Historical releases/tags remain unchanged.
Gridline v0.8.0
Gridline v0.8.0 — stable portable AEC skills, evidence and verified distribution.
Includes the merged research, source-registry, opt-in update-checker and release-pipeline PRs #37–#42. The three conflicting open PRs #39/#40/#41 were resolved and merged without dropping newer provenance/ASCII fixes. Historical v0.5.0 remains unchanged.

Source commit: f521969934758ac5625239ea65229190a5a6114e.
Reviewed tree: 9e3d1739db667c7f0e4a364fd9271f1081e40575.
- 168 local tests pass, zero local skips; exact-main Linux/Windows CI passes. Windows skips the POSIX Bash recovery fixture and separately tests PowerShell installation.
- Independent bounded security/architecture review completed; concrete release blockers fixed. CodeRabbit's rate-limited check is REVIEW_NOT_RUN, not approval.
- Live GitHub-hosted publisher provenance verified for the exact main SHA and signer workflow; all six candidate files match macOS and signed CI bytes.
- Actual isolated Claude/Codex/Gemini0.65.0 install/update/rollback evidence, plus standalone backup recovery. Native/model activation across all hosts is not implied.
release-qualification.json is the final QUALIFIED_LIMITED_RELEASE decision and binds source/tree, all candidate hashes, nine distinct scoped gate records, live CI/signature results and delegated owner approval. release-manifest.json intentionally remains its immutable build-time UNQUALIFIED_CANDIDATE record. Do not rewrite it: read the separate final qualification receipt. RELEASE_SHA256SUMS covers the release attachments; original SHA256SUMS covers the immutable candidate.
Update paths
Claude Code (existing Gridline marketplace):
claude plugin marketplace update gridline
claude plugin update gridline@gridlineThird-party marketplace auto-update is off unless the user enables it.
Gemini CLI:
gemini extensions update gridlineAuto-update requires explicit install --auto-update; restart afterward. The source release contains root gemini-extension.json. CLI0.65.0 falls back to GitHub source tarball when several generic assets exist, rather than selecting the Claude bundle.
Standalone skills: review this tag/source and permissions, then run bash scripts/install-global.sh codex (or the documented Windows PowerShell installer). Preserve customizations/backups and start a fresh session. Native Codex plugin users can refresh/reinstall through their supported marketplace commands. No global setting is changed by this release.
Upgrading an old Architect Agent Superpowers installation, including historical v0.5.0, requires the documented name/marketplace migration: updating and migration. The measured lifecycle fixtures cover0.7→0.8, not every legacy-provider configuration.
GitHub watchers receive notices according to their notification settings; the opt-in checker reports the new stable version. Existing copied skills do not universally auto-update. ChatGPT/Codex public Plugin Directory skill bundles require a new uploaded/reviewed package; a GitHub tag does not replace that submission. We cannot force updates or guarantee notification to every installation.
Scope and known limits
30 portable skills,15-book evidence records/45 bounded claims and original practice references. Full paid books/standards were not read or redistributed; B14 publisher ISBN remains unresolved. Source/jurisdiction selection is research-only: Cyprus adoption and professional review are not inferred from design books or US conventions.
Experimental Blender functionality remains bounded to supported orthogonal conceptual geometry and measured native/GLB readback. Native DWG round trips, semantic IFC/IDS, mixed-oblique/curved walls, scanned-plan reconstruction and issue#15 authoritative live-project transactions remain open roadmap work. Nothing here certifies construction, structural/fire/accessibility or legal compliance.
Known P2: standalone installers trust user-selected host homes and follow symlinked parent directories; replacement is user-scoped/backed up, not a complete multi-item atomic transaction. Avoid untrusted host homes. Original pip-tooling RECORD discrepancies were preserved/excluded; a clean pip-free CAD environment was used for qualification.
