Better coverange in ctype_gbk_export_import.

Adding tests for the sequence 0xEE5C5C which should be treated
in GBK context as GBK double-byte character 0xEE5C (with 5C in the second byte)
followed by 0x5C (as a normal REVERSE SOLIDUS).
