includes boss shuffling

Added a boss shuffling option to the executable. Note that bosses aren't always well scaled and can be pretty brutal early on. Select that option at your own risk.

PC compatibility

PC release for testing purposes. The code has not been updated, so stick with the executable.

Here's a little randomizer for Bravely Default II, designed primarily to shuffle job abilities and items. It is compatible with the Switch release only. See the Readme for a full description.
