NewVirtualKeyBoard 14.04

Downloads

  • an old copy of the keyboard screen in the image skin (before 13.9) is
    ignored: it made Caps too wide for its frame and marked the wrong key
  • correct messages after the install, also for ipk and deb

Install

  • OE images (openATV, OpenPLi, OpenViX, ...): copy the .ipk to /tmp and run opkg install /tmp/<file>.ipk
  • DreamOS: copy the .deb to /tmp and run dpkg -i /tmp/<file>.deb
  • or online: wget https://raw.githubusercontent.com/Masta2002/NewVirtualKeyBoard/main/installer.sh -O - | /bin/sh

Restart enigma2, then choose the keyboard in Menu > System > NewVirtualKeyBoard setup.
