First public build — v0.1.0

Playable Windows x64 package: launcher + prebuilt game binary, no game files inside.

What's in the zip

• Saw2Launcher.exe — pick your Xbox 360 ISO, extract/install, language, video/audio/input, Play
• saw2.exe — RelWithDebInfo native recomp (ReXGlue 0.10.0 / Xenos)
• Matching runtime DLLs
• extract-xiso.exe for the ISO setup step
• A short README.txt with requirements

What you still need

• A legally owned Saw II: Flesh & Blood Xbox 360 ISO (Title ID 4B4E0822)
• .NET 8 Desktop Runtime
• A Vulkan-capable GPU

Honest status

This is an early bring-up release. The game runs and the launcher handles install + settings, but expect occasional missing PPC function hints, and some reflections can show black squares. Achievements save; the toast popup is turned off because it crashed this title.

BYO dump only — this zip never ships Default.xex or cooked assets.
