Using HTML, Create a one-page personal, professional portfolio page highlight your skills, projects and achievements. Content should include a short bio and image, a list of your skills, highlights of at least four projects (with text and image) and a way to connect with you (this could be a form, a link to email, social links etc. The form does not need to be functional).

Style the page using CSS. Your CSS must:
- be well-organized, properly formatted, efficient and valid, with helpful comments added.
- include commented examples of at least four different types of selectors.
- include a locally hosted web font applied to heading text and an externally hosted web font applied to the body text.
- use CSS properties to set font-size, line-height, letter-spacing, text�colour etc.
- utilize margin and padding to enhance the overall interface design and follow best practices when styling common UI components (navigation, lists, links, tables etc.).
- modify background colours and include background images to enhance the overall design, while still maintaining accessibility for all users.
- utilize Grid, Flexbox (or both) where appropriate in order to create interesting layouts.
- incorporate a mobile first, responsive design strategy.
