• Hidden Tags Directory:
  Tags are now stored in a hidden .tags directory, making your project’s tag structure cleaner and less intrusive.

• Automatic Migration:
  If a tags directory is detected, it will be automatically migrated to .tags, ensuring a seamless upgrade.

• Project Type Detection & Suggestions:
  A new CLI option allows the tool to scan your project’s files (e.g., package.json, tsconfig.json, Cargo.toml, etc.) and suggest relevant tags. This streamlines the tagging process by identifying common technologies and frameworks.

• Tag Sanitization:
  Custom tags now replace spaces with underscores, improving consistency and searchability.

Enhancements

• Refined Menu Flow:
  The CLI menu has been updated for clarity and ease-of-use. For example, the "Add Tag" process now prompts for multiple tags at once, separated by commas.

• Better Visibility of Operations:
  Additional logging and status messages (like source/destination paths and migration success) have been added to increase transparency and usability.

• Consistent Tag Management:
  Improvements in file handling ensure more reliable tag addition, listing, removal, and clearing operations.

Recommended Actions

• Run project-tagger in each project to automatically migrate old tags from tags to .tags.
• Use the new "Detect Project Type and Suggest Tags" feature to quickly tag projects based on their content.
