Unable to Download

Can't download any videos on YouTube.

2. Pasted URL
3. Clicked Download

All downloads come back as FAILED

OS: Windows 11

A workaround i found that works is to download this from here:

https://github.com/yt-dlp/yt-dlp/releases

Choose the latest " yt-dlp.exe " file and download it.

Rename it to " youtube-dl.exe " without quotes and replace the current one that ydl-ui is using.

Open ydl-ui and check to see if it downloads youtube videos.

This is more or less the solution, since the bundled youtube-dl.exe version in ydl-ui v2.9.0 is more than 2 years old at this point.

Additionally, you can use Settings > Binaries to change the path to youtube-dl.
