Start here: models, questions and updates

Welcome to MedMLX. This is the shared place to ask questions, request models and share how you use medical imaging AI on Apple Silicon.

• Start running models: Get started and browse the model catalog.
• Request a model: check existing requests, then use the model request form. Include the original repository or paper, available weights, license and your research use case.
• Ask a question: use Q&A for installation, model selection and usage. Include the package and version when relevant.
• Report a bug: open an issue in the affected package's repository. The community page links to each issue tracker. Include steps to reproduce, expected and actual behavior, and the relevant error text.
• Share your work: post a research project, tool or workflow in Show and tell.

Model requests start with needs-review. Maintainers use planned, in-progress, blocked and released to show progress. Follow a request for updates; requests and planned work do not guarantee a port or release date.
