8. "Theme State Enforcement" is a security feature that locks manual theme changes, preventing unauthorized alterations by external apps. To disable this protection and change the theme manually via Windows Settings, click the tray icon, then select “Disable ThemeSwitcher” or close the app.

⚠️Important Note: If your browser or Windows Security warns you during download, click "Keep" and then "Run anyway". This step is required once to activate the new digital security system and secure future updates automatically.
