Thank you for using ThemeSwitcher! I'm excited to share the key fixes and improvements in this latest release:
- Faster & Smoother Theme Switching: Overhauled the theme engine to eliminate switching delays upon wake, unlock, or startup—minimizing screen flicker to the absolute minimum for an ultra-smooth transition.
- Faster Wallpaper Gallery & Cache Maintenance: Resolved gallery loading delays with instant local image rendering, alongside an automated cleaner that sweeps away outdated cache files.
- Improved Notification Timing: Refined the notification delivery system so non-intrusive status alerts trigger accurately when needed—such as immediately upon reconnecting to the internet or unlocking your device.
- Fixed Background Resource Drain: Resolved continuous background polling by implementing a smart listening system that drops idle CPU usage down to 0%, saving battery and system resources.
- Fixed "Changing..." Button Freeze: Fixed an issue where the button got stuck during network drops. The app now accurately verifies true internet access, resets the UI immediately, and auto-applies your wallpaper once back online.
- Fixed Incomplete or Cropped Wallpapers: Resolved an issue where sudden network drops could leave wallpapers partially downloaded or cut off at the bottom. Wallpapers are now verified for complete visual integrity before being applied.
- Fixed Desktop Freezing on Multi-Monitor Switching: Resolved system stutter and momentary UI freezes when changing wallpapers across multi-monitor setups, applying changes instantly and releasing resources immediately.
📦 Coming Soon to Winget: Work is currently underway to make ThemeSwitcher available directly via Windows Package Manager (winget). Once it's officially live, you'll receive an in-app notification with the details!

- إصلاح تجمد النظام عند تبديل الخلفيات للشاشات المتعددة: حل مشكلة التقطيع والتوقف اللحظي للنظام عند تغيير الخلفية في الأجهزة ذات الشاشات المتعددة؛ حيث أصبح التطبيق يتم دفعة واحدة وبشكل متزامن مع تحرير فوري للذاكرة.
