Hi dear, When you install the extension. Did you reload the page? 1_ First reload the extension 2_ Second reload the whatsapp page 3_ Click on extension Icon on top of you chrome browser 4_ You will see the guide for how to use this extension After that if you have any problem, Please let me know.
