Update to supported GDAL/OGR formats #667
Description
With the upcoming infrastructure change in mobile app the mobile-sdk repository will be archived and should not be referenced to in docs.
In supported formats section there are multiple references and the list of supported formats. I would propose to change that from listing the formats to reference the users to the mobile repository file supported_formats.txt in docs directory. It will contain the up to date information for each version.
This change should take effect in version 2025.7.0
