For Direct Download and Binary Archives please change the wording of "M1 processors" to "arm64 processors" #11407

Hi, In these documentation chapters, the wording for the downloads are outdated. It now says "M1 processors", but these can work on M1 to M3. Better would be to change the wording from "M1 processors" to "arm64 processors" in my opinion.
