It says the following code should throw an error but it does not:

$wc = New-Object System.Net.WebClient
$wc.DownloadFile("http://www.contoso.com/MyDoc.doc","C:\temp\MyDoc.doc")

When will this change be reflected on Microsoft's website? The webpage where I originally read this still has the incorrect url:
