Hey everyone,

I've never had to attempt to report an issue like this to a company such as Microsoft so I apologize if this is assigned to the wrong project.

But, my company recently got approved for the Microsoft Partner Program (which we applied for to be able to post Xbox and Windows Games and Apps) and we have gone through all the steps for tax information, signed all the agreements and submitted all our documents. Everything is showing up as verified and fine.

However, when I go to the page located at https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/account/v3/settings/programs and attempt to click on anything under the "Other Programs" section, it simply redirects me back to the https://partner.microsoft.com/en-us/dashboard/home page without going where I actually want to.

I'm trying to apply for the things my company actually does.

We aren't Azure developers and have exactly no interest in working with Azure, Microsofts cloud system or anything relating to it or Office. We want to publish apps on the Microsoft Store and Games on the Xbox Live Store.

After jumping through 1000 hoops, I finally found where I can have our company apply for ID@Xbox but I still can't even access the necessary information to apply for the other three things we need (Windows Developer, Minecraft Marketplace and Hardware Manufacturer)!

I've tried getting to the necessary pages in every way I can. Through the Site-Map, directly through the URL the button links to, in every mainstream browser (Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge, Opera GX, Brave, Mozilla Firefox and Apple Safari) and nothing. Everything just leads me right back to the Microsoft Partner Center Dashboard.

This is incredibly disappointing as I would really love to make Microsoft our companies partner for distributing software and hardware. Though it appears that Microsoft would rather we go to another company for that purpose.

However, before I make that assumption, I'm reaching out here. Am I doing something wrong? Am I missing something? How do I get to these phantom web-pages? Why does clicking the button to apply for Windows Developer just lead me back to the Partner Dashboard with no explanation?

Again, I stress that I really would love to partner our organization with Microsoft but not if it's this hard just to get even some basic information about it's partnership programs and services.

If I'm just doing something wrong, that would be wonderful because I really just want to get this done. It shouldn't be this difficult to give Microsoft my money.
