The document does not explain how this is going to interact with the intel APX. And i have tested it x86_64 APX binaries compiled by GCC and clang do not run on my Surface Laptop 7 (Snapdragon X+). Microsoft should just deprecate and use universal binary like apple does instead

@mattwojo looks like he does not because ARM64EC is fundamentally flawed to begin with just like i said.

Still why does windows have no universal binaries? In fact, syswow64 should not even exist to begin with if windows binaries simply bundle x86_64 and i686 together with universal binaries. Now you should just bundle x86_64, i686, aarch64, loongarch64 in one binary and in fact even windows installation image would be universal.
