Windows users need only the installer ZIP, which already contains the full
portable package and checksum. Godot is installed separately. Packages remain
unsigned; macOS is not notarized; Windows support is experimental.

Forge CLI v0.7.5

Forge remains free under MIT; Forge PRO is maintained separately.

Changes

• Added embedded offline guidance for Godot UI artwork: preserve rectangular
  sources and nine-patch coordinates, separate independent visual layers, keep
  native text and focus states, and bind textures through game-owned controls.
• Clarified the boundary between free texture preparation/delivery and Forge PRO
  beta.4's editable UI/title authoring templates. UI navigation remains game logic.
• Included the bilingual creator-verification homepage link already on main.

No processing API or Pack format changed since v0.7.4. Existing consumer binary
pins and installed skills are not automatically upgraded. Read the selected
executable's forge guide local-static.

The tag workflow checks macOS Apple Silicon and experimental Windows x64 builds,
installed public launchers, upgrades, bundled helpers and native Godot delivery
before publishing both packages together. Packages are unsigned; macOS is not
notarized. Technical checks do not establish visual quality or licensing approval.

Forge 继续免费并保持 MIT 许可。本版内置离线指南补充 Godot UI 的原图与九宫格坐标
保留、独立图层、原生文字和焦点状态，以及游戏维护的 Control 包装场景。免费版提供
纹理加工与交付，Forge PRO beta.4 提供可编辑 UI/标题模板；游戏导航仍由游戏实现。
包含 main 已有的中英文创作者认证主页链接。处理 API、Pack 格式及既有项目锁不变。

发布工作流验证 macOS Apple Silicon 和实验性 Windows x64 安装包、公共启动器、
升级、随包工具及 Godot 原生交付后，才配对发布。安装包未签名，macOS 未公证。
结构和运行检查不能替代美术与许可审阅。
