Changes

• Embedded offline guidance adds an explicit four-frame, non-looping effect
  example with shared coordinates, canvas/pivot and per-frame durations.
• Scene audio examples distinguish battle/camp loops from one-shot victory audio,
  measured final levels from estimates and native PCM16 delivery from source files.
• Static artwork guidance checks complete weapon silhouettes and game display
  scale before batch production; padding cannot recover clipped artwork.
• Generation, Forge processing, PRO orchestration and consumer review retain
  separate identities and evidence. No model is bundled by these changes.

processing and macOS Godot checks separately from artistic/listening approval.

No processing API or Pack format changed since v0.7.5. Existing consumer binary
pins and installed skills are not automatically upgraded. After a verified CLI
upgrade, check managed skills with forge skill check --project .; an explicit
forge skill install updates the managed bundle.

The tag workflow verifies paired macOS Apple Silicon and experimental Windows x64
packages, installed public launchers, upgrades, bundled helpers and native Godot
before publication. Packages are unsigned; macOS is not notarized. Technical
checks do not establish artistic quality, listening, licensing or device approval.

本版内置离线指导加入四帧、非循环的单次特效示例，保留共享坐标、画布、锚点和
逐帧时长；场景音频区分战斗/营地循环与胜利单次播放、最终实测电平与估算值、
源文件与原生 PCM16 交付。静态素材先检查完整武器轮廓和游戏显示比例，补边不能
找回被裁掉的部分。生成、Forge 加工、PRO 编排和游戏审阅分别保留身份与证据。

Forge 继续免费并保持 MIT 许可，不附模型。处理 API、Pack 格式和已有项目锁不变；
二进制更新不自动替换已安装 skill。发布工作流在 macOS 与 Windows 安装包、公共
启动器、升级、随包工具和 Godot 检查通过后配对发布。安装包未签名、macOS 未公证；
技术检查不能替代美术、试听、许可或真机审阅。
