test: add home domain use case coverage

Summary

• add unit tests for the home Play Store URL use case covering normal, empty, and error paths
• extend GetAppPlayStoreUrlUseCase and GetDailyTipUseCase tests to verify repository delegation and failure propagation
• expand GetPromotedAppsUseCase tests to confirm callback forwarding for populated, empty, and null lists and repository errors
