Summary

  • remove the AppUpdateNotificationsManager class and references to eliminate app update notification handling
  • simplify MainActivity so it only checks for in-app updates via the AppUpdateManager without triggering notification logic
  • remove the AppUsage notification manager, receiver, worker, and associated test to drop background app usage reminders

Testing

  • ./gradlew test (fails: SDK location not found in the container environment)
