v2.8.1: cache answers keyed on every input, steadier geocoding and ENS lookups

• The response cache keys each answer on every input the call sends, so calls
  to geocode, place-search, fx-rate, weather-alerts, earthquakes and the other
  cached tools with different inputs never share a cached answer. An answer
  from the backup geocoder is kept for 10 minutes.
• Decide keeps the task's letter case when it reuses a plan, so tasks that
  differ only in a URL path or an address get their own plan.
• Geocoding sends at most one request a second to its primary source across
  the service; a call that would wait longer is answered by the backup
  geocoder.
• unit-convert reads Kb, Mb, Gb and Tb as bits; MB, mb and every other unit
  name stay case-insensitive.
• ens-resolve reads through the ENS universal resolver, so names whose records
  moved (nick.eth) resolve; a name with no owner is found: false.
• Payment verification reads Solana transactions sent as version 1.
• page-change answers to urlwatch, url-watch and watch-page.
• Every paid 402 fits the response-header limit of Node's built-in fetch: a
  route's discovery block trims its input schema first and points to its full
  output example when it would not fit.
• llm-premium serves the retired o3-mini and o4-mini ids with gpt-5.6-terra.
• The Kalshi tools read Kalshi's dedicated API host, every GitHub API call
  names API version 2026-03-10, and hunter-email-verify fills result from
  status when the source leaves it out.
• agent402-mcp 0.13.20: tools that reach the network are labeled not read-only
  and open-world; router.execute and sellers.list are listed only with a
  wallet or credits key, or AGENT402_SHOW_ROUTER=1; every tool description on
  both connectors is at most 400 characters and a paid tool opens with its
  price; install commands are pinned to a published version; no default
  session budget.
