v1.1 - Version control, automatic file-deletion and project editing

Summary

The most important updates in this release are:

1. Support for branches
2. Automatic file-removal
3. Better project management & project settings

Besides these, there are a number of updates that make the deployment process more optimized and more safe.

Breaking changes

• Build and "full" target directories are now named based on the used branch

• Merging now preserves folder structure

• File removal process now checks file existence from under multiple source bindings
• The deployment algorithm now takes into account renamed directories
