Patch release improving diagnostic-log privacy, dependency security, and test coverage.

Changes

• Removed report payloads and transport error text from diagnostic logs, including skipped reports and oversized batches, while preserving errors returned to callers.
• Report payloads sent to Raygun and public APIs remain unchanged.
• Updated vulnerable transitive development dependencies and the Express example dependencies.
• Documented request-filter boundaries and opt-in redaction with onBeforeSend.
• Added privacy regression tests and actual error-reporting integration tests for both examples.
• Expanded CI audits to include development dependencies and refreshed development tooling.
