What changed from v2 (src/SherwoodV21.sol):

1. Shields hold blocks. Every 0.01 ETH played in a round banks a block, up to 5. A Shield loads them all for 30 minutes; each Steal or Robin Hood it turns around uses one block.
2. The token burns through the game pool itself. No separate burn pool to create or fund; the hook's own swap skips its callbacks, so it pays no pot fee and scores nothing.
