Act Dock 0.2.5 brings clearer runner configuration, faster workflow execution, and desktop updates.

• Redesigned project and global settings with tabs, image download status, effective configuration previews, and saved image choices for each workflow.
• Automatic desktop update checks, verified background downloads, and restart/install controls in Settings → Updates.
• Platform-aware runner images, action and optional package caches, durable batched logs and live progress events.
• Contextual preflight checks, system-vault secrets, and opt-in workflow concurrency with resource and cleanup safeguards.
• Fixed Linux log corruption between large append batches and added bounded dependency-download retries to CI.

Official Act remains the bundled engine. The experimental scheduler patch is not included.

Installers: macOS Apple Silicon DMG, Windows x64 EXE, and Linux x64 DEB, RPM, and AppImage. SHA-256 checksums and the update manifest are attached.

Validation: 75 tests pass on macOS and Linux; release CI, helper tests, type checks, UI/web builds, macOS installer verification, and the compiled-runner service test pass. Native Windows vault/process-tree verification remains outstanding; Windows packaging is cross-assembled. Packages are not signed with a publisher certificate; macOS uses an ad-hoc signature.
