Request the next release of 0.27.0

Hi, @bagerard 

It has been about an year since the last release(Mar 3, 2023), and there are many good commits after that.

Especially for me, #2769 is just what I was looking for.

I can use this library with pip-ing directly the master branch of this repo, but it would be better if it is uploaded to the pypi.

And also I appreciate those who make this repo, I can't live without it.
