uno 0.1.3
Change the mode in two keys, even while Uno works.
- The mode list.
/modethen Enter shows the four modes (default, accept-edits, plan, bypass), each with a line on what it does and the one in use markednow. ↑ ↓ choose, Enter sets it, Esc keeps it. - Bypass asks once more. Choosing bypass in the list shows the warning and asks again, with "no" chosen. Only Enter on "yes" turns it on.
- During a turn.
/mode,/mode <name>and the list now work while Uno is working (they used to say "stop the turn first"). The new mode applies from the next tool call, for helper agents too. - Shift+Tab moves default → accept-edits → plan at any time, keeping what you are typing. It never lands on bypass. Any mode but default shows at the start of the keys line.
- The slash menu's keys line now shows its own keys (choose, fill in, run, close).
Update with uno update, brew upgrade uno or npm i -g @motiontic/uno.
uno 0.1.2
A slash menu, and one header from the start. Type / and Uno shows what it can do.
- The slash menu. Typing
/opens a list just above the input: the built-in commands first, then your skills, narrowed as you type. ↑ ↓ choose, Tab fills in the name, Enter runs it, Esc closes the list and keeps what you typed. - Skills as commands.
/<skill> [what you want]asks Uno to use that skill, typed at the prompt or queued while a turn runs, in either screen. A built-in command wins a name clash. - One header. The strip (UNO, AGENT, CONTEXT, BUDGET) is there from the first frame and keeps its shape; only the figures change. The welcome's facts (folder, branch, guards, things to try) are now a short intro at the top of the conversation, which scrolls away like any message.
- A roomier input. A rule above and below the input line.
Update with uno update, brew upgrade uno or npm i -g @motiontic/uno.
uno 0.1.1
The Dot screen in every window. uno now opens the Dot screen in any terminal from 80 × 14, not just 100 × 32.
- A welcome to start. A new chat opens with Uno in large dots, then cards about this folder (folder, branch, the instructions and skills Uno reads), the guards (mode, sandbox, trust, undo) and your spend so far.
- Cards across the top. From the first prompt, a strip shows what Uno is doing, how full the context window is and what this chat has spent, with the conversation at full width below.
- Short windows fold the strip to a single line of slim cards.
- The scrolling chat (
"ui": {"screen": "chat"}) now opens with the same welcome cards.
Update with uno update, brew upgrade uno or npm i -g @motiontic/uno.
