Progress tracking for all wiki pages, list as of 4/12/2017
Pages need not necessarily be copied entirely or may be split into different sections in the new docs.

I started updating the Codebase Structure page as it was way out of date and so I could put in deprecation notices for gradlew fetchModuleX - but half an hour later with the page updated I'm still not sure if it is super useful. May well want to just split it apart and entirely avoid old mentions of gradlew fetchModuleX along with other old stuff (such as a mention of changes from the ancient legacy branch - removed that one entirely)

Thought I might just Gist in the updated page here so any useful snippets can be harvested for elsewhere or ignored as appropriate, leaving the old page unchanged: https://gist.github.com/Cervator/5543042eeec314c456e8cf5d908d86c6

Oh, and a suggestion: maybe we should move the new tool pages from GCI into the asset tutorial or something instead.
