Fixes

• Eliminate mermaid diagram flash on SSE-triggered re-renders — memoized ReactMarkdown components, stale SVG preserved during re-renders, skip redundant mermaid.render() calls.
• Fix SVG text contrast on mindmap/timeline foreignObject nodes via CSS override.

Improvements

• Reduce unnecessary re-renders from SSE — removed nuclear ['cards'] prefix invalidation, added 10s global staleTime default, debounced rapid-fire SSE events (300ms).
