Extract the archive, then double-click CyTools_AIChat.exe. A private Python runtime is included.

What changed

• Optional local dictation and spoken replies, with per-message playback and voice settings.
• Separate speech recognition and synthesis engines, installed on demand.
• CyUI interface with five themes, density settings and updated conversation controls.

Installation and updates

• Model weights and optional inference engines are downloaded separately through the application. They retain their own licenses and acceptance requirements.
• The application ZIP is for updating an existing installation with a compatible runtime. Use the full Windows ZIP when installing for the first time or changing runtime versions.
• The .exe download alone requires the adjacent app/ and runtime/ folders.
• SHA-256 checksums are provided beside each download and in SHA256SUMS.txt.

Extract the windows-x64.zip archive and launch CyTools_AIChat.exe. Models and optional GPU engines are installed separately through the application.
