Shared cached Markdown conversation rendering, image navigation, themes and diagnostics, with independent presentation state for each discussion.
Selected unmodified CyUI 1.2.0 modules are pinned in app/cyui-source.json. The full MIT license is included in LICENCES/CyUI-MIT.txt, with the upstream license link. The CyUI repository is currently private; the packaged application runs without access to it. Application and third-party licenses remain unchanged.
Windows x64 download
Download CyTools_PersonaRP-0.1.4-windows-x64.zip, extract the complete archive into a writable folder, then launch CyTools_PersonaRP.exe. Private Python and the base interface dependencies are included. Models, optional inference engines and user data are not included.
cytools-app.zip is the application update for an existing compatible runtime. Use the full Windows package for a new installation. SHA-256 checksums are provided.
Validation
The portable launcher was started from a separate working directory; the CLI contract, selected CyUI source hashes, adapter integration tests and application update layout were verified on Windows. Linux/macOS execution and model inference were not revalidated for this interface release.

CyTools PersonaRP 0.1.3
A new interface, clearer and quicker to use, drawn with CyUI, the CyTools interface library.
Changed
- A window laid out like an application. A top bar holds the selected character, a marker when edits are not saved yet (with Save now), and the running task with its progress and its cancel button. The pages sit in a sidebar grouped as Roleplay, Create, Voice, Library, System and Tool. A status bar keeps the last operation; the audio player sits above it while a take is loaded. Notices appear briefly, then stay in the status bar.
- Every page redone. Settings are label/value tables in collapsible sections; each page has one highlighted action, toolbar actions are icons with tooltips, and an empty page says why it is empty and what to do. Models, speech models, stable voices, example worlds, relationships, language voices and ComfyUI installations are shown as cards with status badges; batch tasks as a table with their progress.
- Sub-pages are flat tabs: Voice (Try a voice, Stable voices, Create a voice, Engine and models), Batches (New task, Tasks), Assistant, Library and the character sheet. Discussion settings open in a dialog.
- Options: five themes (mid grey, light grey, amber night, violet, navy) and two densities (compact, comfortable). The former dark / light / classic choices are mapped to the closest theme.
- The French interface is complete for every new text.
Your data, characters, voices and settings are unchanged.

Download CyTools_PersonaRP-0.1.3-windows-x64.zip, extract it into a folder you can write to and double-click CyTools_PersonaRP.exe. It brings its own Python 3.11: no Python, git or compiler is required. Models and engines are not included; install them from Models and Voice. A 0.1.2 folder can also take cytools-app.zip through Updates (same runtime); a 0.1.1 or 0.1.0 folder needs the full archive. Your data/ is never replaced.

What was run
On Windows 10 x64 with a 24 GB NVIDIA GPU, this archive was extracted into a new folder and started with PATH reduced to Windows and no Python variable: the launcher from another directory (Scene and Models pages, screenshots taken), the command line, a real MCP session importing an example world, a virtual environment made from the private Python, and the test suite inside the copy (305 passed, 1 skipped). From the development installation, every page and sub-page of the window was opened and photographed in English and in French (27 views), and in four of the five themes.
Not tested: an update from 0.1.2 through the Updates tab, Windows 11, other GPUs, high-DPI screens, Linux.

Windows x64 packages with private Python, per-tool application icons, and CyToolsCore 0.10.1 (MIT).
Extract the windows-x64.zip archive and launch CyTools_PersonaRP.exe. Models and optional GPU engines are installed separately through the application.
The application ZIP updates an existing compatible installation. The standalone .exe requires the adjacent app/ and runtime/ folders. SHA-256 checksums are supplied for every download.

CyTools PersonaRP 0.1.1
Fixes a window that stopped responding during a generation.
Fixed
- The window no longer hangs while a voice or a reply is being generated. Opening a tab, reading a list or saving a sheet during a generation used to wait behind it: the window stopped drawing, Windows declared it not responding, and closing it lost the voice already generated. Those requests are now answered at once. Generations, model installations, updates, unloading the model and releasing the voice still run one at a time, in the order they were asked for; a task waiting its turn shows Waiting for the task in progress and can be cancelled. Another process using the same folder (an MCP client, say) is still told the Tool is busy.
- Unloading the model or releasing the voice waits for the generation in progress instead of stopping it.
- An update is offered only when the published release is more recent than the installed version (an older release is never proposed).

What was run
The hang was reproduced without a model: with a task holding the GPU lock, a list waited in the queue until the window's deadline under 0.1.0 and is answered in 0.0 s now. On Windows 10 x64 with a 24 GB NVIDIA GPU, this archive was extracted into a new folder and started with PATH reduced to Windows and no Python variable: the launcher from another directory (two tabs), the command line, a real MCP session importing an example world, a virtual environment made from the private Python, and the test suite inside the copy (276 passed, 1 skipped).
Not tested: the original scenario with a real voice on the GPU after the fix, an update from 0.1.0 to 0.1.1 through the Updates tab (the repository is not public yet), Windows 11, other GPUs, Linux.

En français — Corrige une fenêtre qui ne répondait plus pendant une génération : ouvrir un onglet ou lire une liste pendant qu'une voix se génère répond désormais tout de suite ; les générations, installations et mises à jour passent toujours l'une après l'autre, et une tâche qui attend son tour peut être annulée. Décharger le modèle ou libérer la voix attend la fin de la génération au lieu de l'interrompre. Une mise à jour n'est proposée que si la release publiée est plus récente. First release of CyTools PersonaRP: local roleplay with persistent characters. Character sheets with revisions, shared worlds, relationships, saved scenes with explicit memory, scene descriptions for image and video tools, a drafting assistant that can start from a photograph, Qwen3-TTS voices with stable cloned voices per language, Whisper transcription, scene translation with its context and a per-world lexicon, voice tasks generated in batches sized to the free VRAM, six example worlds, ComfyUI nodes and a Google Colab project. Desktop application, command line and MCP server on one runtime.

The archive brings its own Python 3.11 and every package the application needs: no Python, git or compiler is required. Models and engines are not included: install them from the Models and Voice tabs, each with its licence (the speech engine takes about 8 GB). Once the speech engine is installed, keep the folder where it is.

What was run
On Windows 10 x64 with a 24 GB NVIDIA GPU, this archive was extracted into a new folder and started with PATH reduced to Windows and no Python variable: the launcher from another directory (two tabs of the window), the command line, a real MCP session importing an example world, a virtual environment created from the private Python (as the speech engine setup does), and the test suite inside the copy (268 passed, 1 skipped). Generation with the real models was run from the development installation, not from this archive.
Not tested: Windows 11, other GPUs, Linux (this release has no Linux build), installing the engines and models from scratch out of this archive, an update from one published release to the next.
Licence
GPL-3.0-only (LICENSE). Models and engines keep their own licences, shown before download; the packages of the private Python are listed with theirs in runtime/python/THIRD-PARTY.md.
