Termipro v1.0.15

Hotfix: Shift+Enter and Ctrl+V key handlers had no effect in v1.0.14.

Root cause

xterm.attachCustomKeyEventHandler replaces the handler instead of stacking them. The second registration (for Ctrl+C copy) was overwriting the first, so the Shift+Enter and Ctrl+V interception never ran.

Fixes

• Merge all custom key bindings into a single handler so Shift+Enter, Ctrl+V, and Ctrl+C copy all live again.
• Ctrl+V now stops xterm from also sending the raw ^V byte, which had produced the no image in clipboard line in front of pasted text. Text paste goes through term.paste (bracketed when the CLI supports it); image-only clipboard still forwards ^V.
