DeathDropPercent | Release 1.3

Changelog:

• Added ability to override default drop percentage for certain permissions
• On /ddc reload or /ddc info, overridden percents for permissions are now displayed
• Now after a death, all items with the Curse of Vanishing will be removed from the inventory
• Second-hand slot item can now also be dropped/disappear
