Bundled-Chrome wheel

The asset below (mudfish-0.2.3+chrome-cp39-abi3-macosx_11_0_arm64.whl) ships a pinned
chrome-headless-shell (Chrome for Testing 155.0.8059.84, mac-arm64), so render_js=True
works with no host Chrome install. It's too large for PyPI.

pip install 'mudfish @ https://github.com/Mullassery/MudFish/releases/download/v0.2.3/mudfish-0.2.3%2Bchrome-cp39-abi3-macosx_11_0_arm64.whl'

The normal wheel is on PyPI (pip install mudfish) and uses host Chrome.

Other changes

• Proxy rotation pool (--proxy / CrawlOptions.proxies, proxy_rotate_after).
• Network-idle settle for render_js (faster, more correct dynamic-page extraction).
• CrawlConfig::chrome_path / --chrome-path / CrawlOptions.chrome_path.
• rustls 0.23.45 → 0.23.46 (RUSTSEC-2026-0346/0347/0348/0349).
