Removing <br /> elements will allow the text to wrap and fit the width of the screen at any screen size. Also some other simplifications to make this text more subtle.

Simplify footer disclaimer for better wrapping

At some point we may take a look at making the lead-in word "Disclaimer: " bold to have it stand out but I like the look of this on a small format device. |
