v0.2.4 — automatic per-project isolation (F-17)

- peers auto-filters by project-root scope (.git marker), default shows only your project's sessions
- --all-scopes for the global view; --team bypasses scope; hidden count on stderr (no silent cut)
- scope from .git root (worktree-aware), $HOME excluded; whoami shows scope
- eliminates the manual CAB_DATA_DIR/--team isolation discipline for the common case
