What's new since v1.0:

  • WiFi book-drop PIN — the in-app book-drop server can now require a PIN, so only you can upload to the device over the LAN.
  • Wireless OTA deploy — push a new inkshelf.app straight to the reader over WiFi via the /deploy endpoint (inkshelf-build-wifi.sh), no SD card shuffling.
  • Smarter OPDS search — searching from the catalog root queries the server, while inside a category it combines a local filter with a server query scoped to that category.
  • Network auto-reconnect — the app now wakes the WiFi radio and waits for it to come back before OPDS fetches and downloads, fixing failures after the reader idles and the firmware powers the radio down.

Note: the prebuilt inkshelf.app binary will be attached to this release once it is cross-built on the x86_64 PocketBook SDK. Until then, build from source — see the README.
