Subservience v0.81 released - Many bugfixes inplemented

When ALPHA version v0.8 released, there were around seven bugs that early users reported.
In version v0.81 they should all be fixed. v0.81 is therefore a more robust version, giving you more control when it comes to subtitle preservation (or deletion), by addressing the variables in the .config. It also has a more robust error handling (try/catch statements with tips on what to do with it), and the readme file is more comprehensive now. There was also a bug in the logs, where it sometimes created way more logs in one run.

version v0.81 is a preliminary release. v0.85 will provide docker containerization and v0.9 will be the BETA release where TV series are also supported.
