Use with RStudio, in a directory named RSessions under one called RStudio. Material for individual sessions is included in directories named Session1, Session2, etc. The files that generate the text for the RAF R Sessions are those ending with .Rnw; run in RStudio via the "Compile PDF" button. The lyx files can be used to modify the text and re-export to .Rnw. The packages for individual sessions are those in .zip files. This directory is under version control via 'git' and can be downloaded from github.com, user name WilliamCooper, repository RSessions.
