时区问题

1.当查询条件是+08:00，直接报错：

2.当查询条件是-08:00，看结果不是减8小时，而是加了8个小时，查询结果：

同样的如果是date_format格式化查询结果时，只要是+时间也会出现类似错误，请问是否是Bug?

使用(@timestamp, "yyyy-MM-dd", "+08:00")<'2018-11-18'还是报相同的错误：

我的elasticsearch是6.4.1，按照你给的方法，还是无法识别+8:00

+号丢了，url编码的问题，如果是get请求，encode一下

where使用>=和<=是为什么会提示这个错误，请求参数已经encode了：
