Bug fix release.

• OpenCVFisheyeCameraModel.image_points_to_camera_rays is now accurate to the floating-point resolution for all image points. In 19.8.4, points solved by the bracketed fallback of the fisheye inverse discarded their final Newton correction and kept angle errors of up to 1.6e-6 rad in float32 (instead of about 2e-7 rad).
