* feat: replace Excel/CSV output with interactive HTML reports

- Replace openpyxl Excel reports with Tabulator-based HTML reports
- Add HTMLReport builder class to utils with tabbed tables, filtering,
  sorting, and built-in XLSX export via SheetJS
- Switch dbstats output from CSV to standalone HTML reports
- Add 'both' mode to dbstats that combines row counts and column
  comparison into a single HTML report with shared config/table discovery
- Add excluded_tables support with SQL-like wildcard patterns in YAML configs
- Add collect_excluded_cols() to merge exclusions from multiple configs
- Add filter_excluded_tables() with case-insensitive pattern matching
- Make table auto-discovery case-insensitive for cross-database matching
- Add connector reuse support to fetch_all_metadata_as_df and colcompare_from_db
- Expand DEFAULT_TYPE_MAPPINGS with ENUM, TIMESTAMP_NTZ/LTZ, DATETIME
- Bump version to 0.3.0
