feat(kinvey): provide correct data to preview-sdk based on the schema

• Respect the correct min supported versions from https://github.com/telerik/nativescript-preview-sdk/blob/master/src/preview-app-versions.js
• Fix exported getPlaygroundAppQrCode method to return correct data based on the schema
• Provide previewAppStoreId and previewAppGoogledPlayId to preview-sdk in order to show correct data on deprecated page from kinvey's preview app

Should be merged after this PR telerik/nativescript-preview-sdk#30
